For all exchanges, proof of purchase is required. No exceptions will be made. Additionally, all exchanges must be authorized by us before proceeding. 3. Prepaid Shipping Label (For Domestic Orders):
If your exchange is authorized due to a store error, domestic orders will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Please note that this is applicable only in cases where a store error has occurred.

4. Processing Time:
Once we receive the merchandise, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the exchange.

Important Notes:
- Damaged merchandise or unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the customer at our discretion.
- Underwear, swimwear, and any merchandise marked as final sale cannot be exchanged.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Unless a wrong item was sent (store error), the customer is responsible for providing their own return label.

If your exchange request is authorized due to a store error, domestic orders may be eligible for a prepaid shipping label. This will be provided to you for the return of the item.

Return and Refund Process:
